Wow, this day deserves a big WOW!

We went fishing today. We went to El Capitan Reservoir and rented a motorboat and spent 3 hours in it. Do I hurt? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes.

It was just the three of us. We had actually planned to do it tomorrow, but the Charger game is on tomorrow and we didn’t want to miss it. There was a max of maybe 20 groups there. The place is huge.

Did we fish? Well sort of. We dropped our lines in the water a couple of times each. We found out that we were just having more fun traveling the length of the lake. The boy even got to drive the boat – that made him feel really good.

I may not be able to go hiking for a very long while – but as long as I can do easy things like today with my family – life will still be okay.

When 4:00 pm came around, the time they close, I was done. My body ached everywhere and my knee was hurting. It started to swell up a little (I still need to talk to the doctor about that).

So I started seeing a psych doctor. I am happy that I did. I see two different doctors. One to talk to about what’s happening, and the other to prescribe medication to help me get through my slump. I am grateful for my doctors. They are in my life to help me and they do.

My lawsuit has been filed. It’s on the courts website. I am happy to have that started so that I can move on with my life after it’s done and not have to worry about it anymore.

I wanted to thank everyone who follows my blogs, my rants, and my raves. It feels good to get stuff off my chest. It also feels good to let you all know that even through all my rants, every now and again I have a good day and you are there to share it with me. Hopefully my good day will brighten your day even if only while you read my words.
